Presentation Description: "What's in Your Backpack?" is a workshop designed to support the re-entry process for students returning from education abroad, while also enhancing staff professional development. Applying the Tuckman Life Cycle Theory of Development, this interactive session equips participants with practical tools to navigate the stages of group development: forming, storming, norming, performing, & adjourning. Attendees will develop strategies to integrate returning students effectively, fostering collaboration and a supportive team environment among staff.
