Chimin Lee Metzler graduated with a BA in French and Linguistics from UCLA and MA in Intercultural Management at the School for International Training. She has been working in the international education field since 1990 at UCLA and Loyola Marymount University. She completed graduate thesis while volunteering at La Casa de Los Amigos in Mexico City. She also worked at the Graduate School of International Studies at Ewha Women’s University in Seoul. She served as an Advocacy Representative with Region 12 and was awarded an Advocate of the Year by NAFSA. She enjoys paddleboarding, cooking and traveling around the world.
