Jim Paul is Director of the Boston Office at the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Commercial Service and assists Massachusetts educational institutions with international student recruitment activities. As this agency's former Education Team Leader, he organized worldwide services for educational institutions in promoting their programs to international students and partners. Mr. Paul has a BA in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Paul also earned an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
