Caregivers in International Education

Presentation Description: This will be an Open Meeting for the Caregivers in International Education MIG. The purpose of this MIG is to provide a community to discuss the unique challenges of balancing professional lives and caregiving responsibilities. We welcome caregivers such as parents, grandparents, adults caring for their parents, and other allies.

Learning Objectives:

Expand their network within Region XII, especially as it relates to their shared roles as Caregivers.
Understand resources available to them within the NAFSA community and beyond.
Reflect on their dual role of caregiver and internatioal education professional and develop a toolkit to help create balance in their daily lives.
Feel seen, heard and rejuvenated.
